Troubleshooting Login Problems

Students

• Username Format: Firstname.Lastname@Johnsonu.edu
• Default Password Format: Ju@MMDDYYYY! ( where Ju stands for Johnson Univerity)
  • Based on their birthdate – two digit month, then two digit day, then four digit year.
  • Example: January 12, 2001 birthdate would create a password of Ju@01122001!

Employees

• Username Format: FLastname@Johnsonu.edu
  • First initial plus last name.
  • Example: James Smith would create an email of JSmith@Johnsonu.edu.
• Default Password Format: Ju@MMDDYYYY!
  • Based on their birthdate – two digit month, then two digit day, then four digit year.
  • Example: January 12, 2001 birthdate would create a password of Ju@01122001!
