First Time Login / Account Activation

  • Go to https://my.johnsonu.edu [SSO]
  • Login using the provided credentials of Azure AD (Office 365) login credentials.
NOTE: Recommended to change the initial password upon first login, but this is not enforced.
  • Required to register on MFA (multi-factor authentication).
NOTE: Recommended to use the Microsoft Authenticator app (available for iOS and Android)

MFA

  • MFA requires users (Students and Employees) to specify a personal email or phone number to register.
  • Once MFA is setup, users must designate security questions (3) that would allow them to reset their password as another means of password reset.
