Self Help Password Change (user knows current password)

Important Security Notice

  • publicly accessible password database was discovered containing credentials from social media platforms and Microsoft Outlook.com.
  • Everyone must:
    • Change all social media passwords immediately and enable 2FA.
    • Change your Johnson account password as a precaution.
    • Required for anyone accessing Jenzabar or systems with student PII.

Change your password:

  1. Go to https://www.office.com/?auth=2 and sign in.
  2. Click your name → View Account → Change Password.
  3. Verify MFA in the Microsoft Authenticator app.
  4. Set a new password (minimum 11 characters, upper/lowercase, number, and special character).
